Go Program Way2Go Card is a free mobile app from Conduent Inc that helps you manage your prepaid card. It is available for iPhone and works with all eligible MasterCard programs. The app allows you to monitor your available balance, view up to 18 months of transaction history, confirm your last deposit, and change your PIN.
In addition, you can set up and manage deposit and balance alerts, manage notification preferences, activate a new card, view ancillary service charge information, and lock and unlock your card instantly to protect against unauthorized use. You can also view and download monthly statements. The app supports biometric login, which is a convenient feature for frequent users.
To use the Way2Go Card mobile app, you must first enroll your card account on the mobile app or at GoProgram.com to get your user ID and password for access. The app is available only for eligible Go Program Way2Go Card customers and accounts. The official Go Program Way2Go Card mobile app is free to use, but message and data rates may apply.
